For all tours, activities, services, packages al Sinani tours will do its best to protect the guests from any injury or accident, yet Al Sinani tours disclaims its full responsibility incase of any injury, accident, fall of the guest. Its purely on the guest’s responsibility to book for such tours.
By booking on AlSinanitours.com or via whatsapp you agree to the AlSinanitours liability waiver statement which states that :- alsinanitours or its representative is waived from providing the guest any kind of compensation/reimbursement in case anything unexpected happen (death/injury/failure to perform/illness/food poison, hygiene or quality).
Payment Policy
Payments for every tour is advanced.
Alsinanitours will share a payment link for you to pay using your bank card
For the bookings that is made 1 week or more before the tour or service or activity or package date, alsinanitours will only charge only 50% of the price.
For the booking that is made in a period less than 1 week from the tour or service or activity or package date then alsinanitours will charge 100% of the price.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund will be made incase cancellation is requested 1 week before the starting date.
100% refund will be made incase the cancellation is made by AlSinanitours due to weather or any unforeseen conditions.
No refund will be made in case the cancellation is requested in less than 1 week before the starting date.
For packages with hotels 100% refund will be made incase cancellation is requested 3 weeks before the check in date.
For packages with hotels, no refund if cancellation is made in a duration less than 3 weeks before the arrival date.
Currency difference may apply at the refund and amount refunded may be less than paid amount.
Refund may take up to 30 working days to be made to your bank account depending on your bank.0
