Alsinani Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, or operational reasons). In such cases, an alternative date or refund will be offered.
4. Changes to Itinerary

Tour itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic, government restrictions, or other operational factors.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must follow the instructions of the tour guide and comply with local laws and customs of the Sultanate of Oman.

Modest dress is required when visiting mosques and religious or cultural sites.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
6. Health & Safety

Guests must inform Alsinani Tours in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements.

Alsinani Tours is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents unless caused by proven negligence.

Alsinani Tours acts as a tour operator and is not responsible for delays, losses, damages, or injuries caused by third parties, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

9. Photography & Media
